Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Operational Framework and Responsibilities
Gettours Peru SAC acts as an organizer and operator of luxury experiences. Our priority is to guarantee excellence in every itinerary; therefore, we reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, or means of transport for others of equal or superior category when external factors (weather, social, or logistical) so require to ensure the success and safety of the trip.

Scope of Service: The company is responsible only for the services and products explicitly detailed in the confirmed program. Any service not included in the itinerary will be at the client's expense.

Luggage and Personal Belongings: The care of personal belongings, luggage, and valuables is the sole responsibility of the passenger. Gettours Peru assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or incidents related to luggage during transfers or stays.

Legal Matters: The user is responsible for complying with local and legal regulations of the destination. The company is not liable for legal issues arising from the client's personal actions.
2. Transport Management
Our transport services are governed by strictly agreed itineraries (Origin – Destination – Return).

Deviations: Any route change or additional stop not originally planned will be subject to a feasibility assessment and will generate additional operating costs.

Third-Party Services (Trains and Flights): Rail and air transport are operated by external companies with their own boarding policies and service conditions. Gettours Peru acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or internal regulations of these companies.
3. Payment Terms and Protocols
To guarantee the exclusivity of our services and availability in high-demand destinations, we have established the following guidelines:

Payment Methods: We accept international and local bank transfers, in-person cash payments (Soles or US Dollars) and credit/debit cards through our secure gateways.

Reservations and Deposits: * The service is considered confirmed only after payment of 50% of the total cost of the program.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days before the start of service provision.

Advance notice: We recommend making reservations at least 30 days in advance for domestic itineraries and longer notice periods for expeditions involving limited permits (such as Inca Trail or Machu Picchu entrances).
4. Modification and Cancellation Policies
All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent in writing to our official channels (reservations@gettoursperu.com).

Cancellations in Advance: Cancellations made more than 20 business days before the start date will be subject to a penalty for administrative and operational expenses, in addition to any non-refundable costs already incurred (tickets, train tickets, non-refundable hotels).

Last Minute Cancellations: Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to or on the same day of the service (No-show) do not entitle you to any refund or reimbursement.

Unused Services: No refunds will be issued for services that the client voluntarily decides not to use during the tour.
5. Validity of Rates
All our rates are subject to change based on availability and season until firm confirmation. Specific restrictions for each rate will be detailed in the formal quote sent to the client.
